In your hands – NaPoWriMo 2017 Day 18

Black pools of ink,
Seeps out slow, out of the tip.
With each twist and turn,
Of its slow movement,
Across the piece of paper.

Same ink dribbles out,
For whoever that uses it.
You can write a shopping list,
Or maybe an abstract art,
Or even an iconograph

The beauty of the work,
Lies not in the pen, but in the hands.
The twists and turns,
Which can turn a mere scribble,
Into a calligraphic beauty.
