I saw this quote today. Being a book reader, I absolutely had to write it. 😄
.
.
I know the letters are shakier than usual. But no writing area, hehe.

December is here, and this time bringing with it joyous tidings..🥰
.
.
I chose the Hope & Legacy Washi Tape for this month. It felt perfect for this December!
.
.
As always, everything in life is not always perfect. Just like how I made a mistake in the spelling of 'beginning' in this post, we make mistakes. We should not let it stop us.

Our focus should be to take it in stride and keep moving. Onwards and Upwards 💪 ..
.
.
Hands are still shaky from lack of practice ☹️. Ah well 2025 is coming after all let's see.

A quote from 'Into the Magic shop' by James R. Doty
.
.
Our thoughts and beliefs heavily influences the way we perceive the things around us.
.
.
Hands are still shaky. I think I need to write daily to get back to how I used to be. But in the end I feel something is better than nothing.

An inspired quote.
.
.
Many a time we stumble, fall, fail and that is fine. There can be a thousand and one stumbles and falls between where you are and where you want to be.
.
.
What is important is how you react after you fall.
.
.
Don't be angry with yourself or just sit there blaming everyone around. That is not going to help you. Rather give yourself a mental hug, get up and start anew from where you stand.
.
While I was typing this out I remembered another quote.
.
.
"Ever tried. Ever failed. No matter. Try again. Fail again. Fail better." ~ Samuel Beckett.
.
.
The second part of what I wrote didn't come out as I wanted it to and that's fine. I know it is a lack of practice and I will keep trying. And with that I will stop here.

This quote resonated with what I remember from reading in Victor Frankl's 'Mans search for meaning'.
.
.
We shouldn't search for the meaning of life. We must make a meaning for our life...
.
.
What is important to you? What would you be willing to spend effort on?
.
.
In the end, it's you who determines what is important to you. What makes you, YOU. And that is not something you can just find in some Google search. You need to make it.
.
.
This music is what I usually play on loop to get into a creative mindset.

The quote is from 'Big Panda and Tiny Dragon' by James Norbury. I just started reading it recently. Every page has very deep thoughts.

And this is also my very short and small September setup. September is always special. Reminds me of autumn and what not.

Here's to having a great month ahead to all of you 💕

Take every moment as a fresh beginning. There will be days of mess ups and mistakes. What's life if not to mend the mistakes and fix the accidents you had made?

Just like how I missed up my N over there ^ . Nothing has to be perfect. Just fix what you can and live past the ones you cannot.

Treat every moment as a new beginning!

Onwards and upwards...
.

You decide when you want to start, you don't have to wait for the next year or next month or even the next Sunday. If you want to make changes, start NOW.
.

Do not worry about mistakes!
.

You can never start out as experts, you become one over time. If mistakes happen then just make them a decor on your page.

Sometimes you feel the need to return to your roots.
.
.
Over the past few days, I had the urge to start bullet journaling again. I was a bit sceptical though. What with the wedding coming up soon, I was worried if I would really use it or just stop abruptly some day in between.
.
.
That's when I realised.. it doesn't matter if I start and stop at some point. It doesn't matter even if I stop after writing one page. As long as it brings me peace for even a day it's worth it. And after all it's a bullet journal and not a diary, I can pause and restart anytime.
.
.
And so here is my Bullet Journal for 2024. Let's see how it fares.

Just a quote for today. We kick started our regression test suite cleanup today and I felt it warranted a post. This has been something we wanted to do for last 2 years, but somehow never got the time or resources for it.

Now the only challenge is to maintain things.

How challenging do you find it to begin new things? Or begin things which you know you have to do but keep procrastinating?
